Motorcycle hot grips & heated grips Install method :
Working voltage 12±2v, the green power line of electric hot handlebar control box connects to the negative pole and the black to positive. Otherwise, the indicator lamp does not shine. There is no polarity while connecting to the alternating electrical source.
The middle grade of the control box switch is off, the upper represents high temperature and the lower represents low temperature.
Installation method: The control box power connects to the headlight service line. The AC machine connects to the headlight service line which magnetor directly output, and the headlight is shining when it starts.
The DC machine connects to battery through BJTV locked line, and the headlight may shine when it stops, which can not directly connect to the two end of battery. Otherwise, battery energy will be exhausted when forget turning off the handlebar. But the battery can be charged.
The old AC machine battery is charged by half-wave. The performance is bad and can not connect to the line. The charging ability can be intensified through using full-wave charging and changing the line slightly, and then it can connect to the battery line.
Please stop using the electric hot handlebar when low speed running longtime. The handlebar temperature of some old car should set lower because of minor generating capacity in the night. But there is no limit in the day. The motorcar with three-phase magnetor can strongly generate. It can drive the electric hot handlebar well, please select it first.
In order not to accidentally break the handlebar, please turn off the handlebar power when maintaining.
Control box power line can directly connect to magnetor in the extremely cold area. Always turn off the switch if the temperature is too high. Please notice that the handlebar temperature of some old car may be low when connect to the magnetor output end.
Big cage glove can be used in the cold area and warming effect is good. The leather glove may be used in the south and the thin-thread glove is not comfortable.
The right thumb can grip the handlebar down-lead pole to stabilize gun. The other fingers stretch to ease tiredness.
